G. Fassi the Oldest Italian Gelato Factory

This is the Italy’s Oldest Gelateria – Palazzo del Freddo di Giovanni Fassi. It has been in Rome for more than 140 years, handed down for five generations. They serve a large variety of ice cream flavors in different sizes, such as takeaway tub, classic Sanpietrino, Cassata, Trunk, Fassi ice cream cake and more. Must try their Pistachio ice cream, it was so tasty. This is one of the best gelatos in Italy, highly recommended. The dessert house was spacious with plenty of seating. The staff were friendly, there was no problem in ordering even if you don’t speak the local language.
