Trip to Roman Forum 🇮🇹

We recently visited the Roman Forum 🇮🇹 in the heart of Rome, and it was like stepping back in time ⏰ Walking through the ruins of what was once the center of Roman political, religious, and social life was an unforgettable experience 🙌 We recommend visiting early in the morning ⛅️(right when it opens) or late afternoon to avoid crowds and capture the best lighting for photos 📸 The golden hour just before sunset adds a beautiful glow to the ancient ruins ✨ We started our exploration at the Arch of Titus, a stunning triumphal arch built in 81 AD. The carvings on the arch depict the victory of Emperor Titus in the Siege of Jerusalem. It’s a great spot to take your first photos 📸 especially with the morning sun highlighting the details of the reliefs ✨ 📍Via Sacra, Roman Forum, Rome, Italy As we strolled along the Via Sacra, the main street of ancient Rome, we imagined what it must have been like during its prime, bustling with politicians, merchants, and philosophers 🙌 The path is lined with incredible ruins, from ancient basilicas to remains of grand temples. It’s one of the best places for wide-angle shots capturing the scale of the Roman Forum ✨ One of the most iconic photo 📸 spots in the Forum is the Temple of Saturn, with its tall columns standing dramatically against the sky ⛅️ This ancient temple, dedicated to the god of wealth and agriculture, dates back to 497 BC. We highly recommend standing at a distance to frame the temple with the surrounding ruins for a breathtaking shot 📸 📍Roman Forum, Rome, Italy For the best view of the entire Roman Forum, we hiked up to Palatine Hill ⛰️ where legend says Romulus founded Rome. From here, we captured stunning panoramic shots of the ruins, including the Colosseum in the distance.
