Professional coffee spot

When I arrived the barista was talking to a lady who felt her order was a bit watery. The friendly barista insisted to make her a new one. I then found the seriousness of this place, a very good sign for coffee nerds. It's a very professional set up. The aroma of the flat white I ordered completely blowed me away, so sophisticated and well-balanced. I also like the sweet stuff they serve with coffee: croissants and butter biscuits, simple and basic, traditional but still very nice. #hollandtrip #staycation #travel
