It's really not Anaya! It's Rizhao!

Rizhao is a coastal city with low expenses, perfect for enjoying the breeze and watching the sunrise by the sea🌅. Our itinerary🛣 is quite relaxed, mainly playing with the kids in the water and beachcombing. You can enrich it further based on this. 🚘Transportation: Self-driving🚖, starting from Nanjing, about a 5-hour drive🕐. 👉Route: DAY1: Watch the sunrise at Renjiatai ➡️ Beachcombing ➡️ Rizhao Seaside National Forest Park DAY2: Shanhaitian Sunshine Coast ➡️ Taigong Island Oyster Park beachcombing ➡️ Return trip ✅About accommodation It is recommended to stay near the Third Seawater Bathing Beach, just across the street from the sea, with a large sandy beach. If you want to be closest to the sea, you can book the Xi'an Hotel, which has balconies facing the ocean. ✅About dining🐙 Since you’re in Rizhao, steamed seafood must be on the agenda. If you’re overwhelmed by too many seafood set menus and unsure which to choose, try to pick chain restaurants for transparent pricing and to avoid being overcharged. ✅About beachcombing🐚 1️⃣ Don’t have overly high expectations about beachcombing; it’s not as exaggerated as online claims of buckets full. At Taigong Island Oyster Park, I found a few starfish, scallops, and crabs🦀. 2️⃣ Renjiatai Reef Park is full of rocks and not easy to walk on, so watch your step carefully. There are many unknown little crawling creatures🐛 darting around on the rocks, which can be a bit scary😨. There are indeed many small crabs🦀 there, but they are small. As for starfish⭐ and scallops🐚, it’s a matter of luck—I didn’t find any😂. 3️⃣ The best time for beachcombing🐚🐚 is within two hours after low tide. Arrive early if you can, or else others will have picked all the easy-to-find creatures. 4️⃣ Search for the "Tide Table Elf"🧝‍♂️ mini-program on WeChat for daily low tide, high tide, sunrise, and sunset times. 5️⃣ Be sure to apply sunscreen at the beach; even without direct sunlight, UV rays are very strong. ✅About photography 1️⃣ Shanhaitian Sunshine Coast has several spots perfect for photos, reminiscent of Anaya. The love sign, Jay Chou’s "Sunny Day" wall, vintage motorcycles, white triangular houses, and coconut trees are all in front of Huayu Sea, visible from Parking Lot 2. 2️⃣ Walk south along the Shanhaitian coastline to reach Taigong Island Oyster Park, where you’ll find a white carousel and a lighthouse along the way.
