Rishiri Island, Cape Pishi

When I landed on Rishiri Island by ferry on April 9th, I noticed a very noticeable hill near the ferry terminal and it caught my attention. I looked it up and found out it was called Cape Peshi and was only 90m above sea level, which is not that high. I really wanted to climb Cape Peshi so I did so despite the strong wind. It took about 20 minutes to climb up, and about 30 minutes to descend because the wind was so strong that I was almost blown away. I could see the surrounding scenery and Rishiri Fuji was beautiful.
