I think the best way to get from Sendai Station to this place is by train and taxi. If the performance starts after 5pm, you probably won't be able to catch the last Shinkansen train, so I recommend planning an overnight stay or taking an overnight bus. There is only one convenience store nearby, and it is a residential area with nothing else, so it's a good idea to get everything you need before entering the venue.
