Mae Ramphueng Beach

#Mae Ramphueng Beach, also known as Kon Ao, is visited by tourists all year round to eat fresh seafood. There are many activities on this beach, including swimming in the sea, walking to enjoy the view, relaxing on a beach chair, and if you want to stay overnight, there are bungalows, resorts, and hotels of all levels available on both sides of the road. It is about 6 kilometers from Ban Phe, about 9 kilometers from Highway No. 2, and 500 meters from the National Park Office. The beach has a gentle slope, stretching from the foot of Khao Laem Ya Yao for 12 kilometers, parallel to a row of pine trees that provide shade along the way. The sea water is clear and suitable for swimming, except for some parts of the beach where the currents are unstable and the sea floor is a basin. National Park officials will put up warning signs, so tourists should strictly follow the warnings for their safety. At the end of Mae Ramphueng Beach is a fishing village called Ban Kon Ao, where tourists can experience the fishermen's way of life. It is also a great place to watch the sunset. The best time to visit is during the summer, but there are still many tourists visiting even in the rainy season.
