Tham Khao Bot Temple, Khao Chamao, Rayong

Another must-visit temple in Rayong Province is "Wat Tham Khao Bot". Behind it is a large and magnificent cave with a beautiful view. A footprint on the left side of the Buddha's footprint, approximately 10 meters high, was recently discovered. There is also a purple eye flower, one of the 6 species of the Cha Rishi family that was recently discovered. It is easy to walk inside the cave to see its beauty. In front of the cave is a large white chapel where you can pay respect to the principal Buddha image. Then walk to the back and you will find 2 caves. If you start walking from the right, you will find a black Buddha image. You can come in and pray for health and fortune. If you continue walking, you will find an ancient shell cemetery and a large Buddha footprint, as well as a statue of a monkey hermit inside the cave. The special thing about this cave is that during the rainy season, you will find stalactites and stalagmites and a sacred well. You can go in and rub your head with water to bring good fortune.
