Take you to worship the Phra Mahathat, Ratchaburi Wat Mahathat Worawihan or Wat Phra Sri Rattana Mahathat or Wat Na Phrathat is an old and famous temple located on Khao Ngu Road, Na Mueang Subdistrict, Mueang Ratchaburi, on the west bank of the Mae Klong River. It is assumed that this temple was built in the Dvaravati period, around the 15th-16th Buddhist century or around the time of King Jayavarman VII of Cambodia. The prang is made of laterite, 12 wa high, with murals on the prang. It is also a temple that enshrines the Buddha's relics. Wat Mahathat Worawihan also has the Royal Vihara, which enshrines Phra Mongkhonburi, a stucco Buddha image in the Mara-Vijaya attitude. It is an early Ayutthaya art style with a Sukhothai face and short legs, meaning the body is long and the knees are short, facing east.
