Ban Ngaw Temple

Ban Ngaw Temple is located in Ngaw Subdistrict, Mueang District, Ranong Province, just a 10–15 minute drive from the city center. Upon arrival, you will see a large ordination hall prominently situated in the middle of the temple grounds, surrounded by lush green mountains and trees. The most remarkable feature is the principal Buddha statue made of tin, named "Phra Tipuka Buddha Maha Sakyamuni Sri Ranang," which is considered the largest tin Buddha statue in the world! The statue is majestic and shiny, offering a unique appearance unlike any other temple. Around the ordination hall, there are intricate and beautiful stucco works depicting the life of the Buddha.
