Hiking a historical fort in Maharashtra

This is the first time that I have hiked in India and booked a guide to bring me to the Karnala fort near to Mumbai. Wonderful experience in hiking through the dusty trail and reaching the hill fort in the midst of peaceful nature compared to the hustle of Mumbai city. It took us about 2 hours of relatively easy climbing to reach the 16th century fort and the views were spectacular to say the least.
