I originally chose it just for the location, but from the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was completely won over. The hotel is located on Fenghai Road in Fengze District, right below is a bus stop, making it super convenient to get to popular attractions like West Street and Kaiyuan Temple. Nearby are also the Quanzhou Eye Ferris Wheel and Taihe Plaza, so there’s no worry about where to go for an evening stroll or shopping. As soon as you enter the lobby, the strong Minnan style hits you immediately. The swallowtail ridge murals on the walls are especially eye-catching. The staff told me they were painted stroke by stroke by a master craftsman. The ship-shaped chandeliers are also very stylish, full of intricate details. I stayed in the Executive Sea View King Room, a spacious 68 square meters. Honestly, when I opened the door and saw the floor-to-ceiling window, I couldn’t help but say “wow”! The sea view of Quanzhou Bay and the city nightscape are fully visible. During the day, you can see the sparkling waves, and at night, the dazzling lights. Every photo I took looked like a masterpiece. The bed was moderately firm and soft, the pure cotton bedding felt super comfortable, and after two nights, it felt even better than my bed at home. The smart devices were a bit confusing at first, but once I got used to them, they were really convenient—I could adjust the lights and curtains while lying in bed. The toiletries had a light fragrance and were gentle and non-irritating. What I remember most is the Cloud Sea Rotating Buffet Restaurant on the 33rd floor! The variety was overwhelming, the sashimi was super fresh, the barbecue was made to order, and the desserts were exquisitely shaped and delicious. The best part was enjoying the view of Quanzhou Bay while the restaurant slowly rotated—such an amazing experience! But as people said online, it’s very crowded during meal times. Luckily, I booked a window seat in advance. I definitely recommend everyone do the same, or you might have to wait a long time. I really didn’t want to check out. With such a high cost-performance hotel, I’ll definitely stay here next time I come to Quanzhou! I sincerely recommend it to friends visiting—staying here is definitely a safe bet!
