Xunpu Village | A hidden gem called "Yuweiji"

| A hidden gem called "Yuweiji." I found a terrace restaurant called Yuweiji in Xunpu Village 🌊. I had been eating a lot of Fujian cuisine recently, so I wanted to try something different. I stumbled upon this restaurant by accident. When I walked up to the terrace, I was greeted by a wide-open view of the sea, and there were many photo spots 📷. We ordered the American-style grilled chicken and sausage platter, which was very filling. The grilled chicken was tender and juicy, and the sausage was full of flavor, but the vegetables were a bit lacking. The slow-cooked beef rib toast sandwich had tender beef ribs and perfectly toasted bread, but it would have been better if there was more toast. The hazelnut Basque cheesecake is worth a try, with its rich cheese and hazelnut aroma, dense texture, and sweet but not greasy taste. The American coffee ☕️ was also good. After the meal 🥗, I walked to the terrace. I leaned on the railing and looked into the distance, feeling the sea breeze. I didn't expect the winter sea breeze to be so gentle. It was really relaxing. There were also many carefully designed photo spots, with every corner hiding a little surprise and props placed just right 📷. With delicious food in my stomach and beautiful scenery in front of me, I felt as if warm water was flowing through my heart, making me feel intoxicated and reluctant to leave 😌. (Fun fact: Yuweiji is a common form of roof ridge in traditional Minnan architecture. The ridge is curved, with both ends curving upwards like a crescent moon. The ends are forked into two, resembling a swallow's tail 🌊. It is commonly used in temples, ancestral halls, and large houses, and is quite common in residential buildings in the Quanzhou area.)
