If you want a quiet place With its unique courtyard, Quanzhou Xiyi Weisu is your perfect choice. Located in an alley near West Street and Kaiyuan Temple, it has a charm of "winding paths leading to secluded places, Zen rooms surrounded by flowers and trees". The homestay was renovated from local houses and villas, infused with a neo-Chinese courtyard design, making it like a fairyland in a dream. As soon as I entered the door, the design of the courtyard made me feel happy both physically and mentally. Rattan chairs, water features and dead branches complement each other, creating a peaceful atmosphere. This place seems to be a paradise where "half of the city is busy with fireworks and half of the city is filled with immortals, where you can steal half a day of leisure from your busy life." The lobby of the B&B is bright and transparent, with a fireplace, green plants, and stone benches, and scenery is everywhere. What's more thoughtful is that the homestay has an elevator, which brings convenience to me with heavy luggage. I chose a twin room, and the tatami design made me feel very at home. The window design on both sides of the room allows the sunlight to shine into the room brightly. The bedside table lamp is modified from a ceramic pot, and the interweaving of light and shadow reveals the accumulation of years. At night, the rooftop becomes my private world away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy the sunshine during the day and look up at the stars at night, as if you are talking to nature. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and toiletries are carefully prepared. The smart toilet and constant temperature hot water reflect the host's attentive hospitality to travelers. In the morning, the B&B owner will provide a delicious breakfast, and in his free time he likes to make tea for guests. It feels like visiting a friend's house, and you relax naturally.
