Guilin Trip! This barbecue place has completely won me over!

I finally checked in at the super popular Zhi Chao, and the experience was amazing. I have to share it with you all! I love the overall ambiance of the restaurant; the decor is modern and stylish, the seating is spacious and comfortable, and the warm lighting creates a cozy atmosphere, perfect for dates or small gatherings. The service is incredibly attentive. The staff is warm and thoughtful, proactively helping with the grilling and patiently explaining the dishes. They cater to every need, making the experience truly top-notch! The Garlic Beef Belly is rich in garlic flavor, and the beef belly is incredibly fragrant. The Golden Short Plate "Money Tree" has a unique presentation, and the short plate is tender and juicy. The Ginger, Jujube, and Rose Milk Tea is a unique blend of warm ginger and jujube with the fragrance of roses. The Cloud Nine Coconut Milk Fruit Salad combines the aroma of coconut with fresh fruit for a refreshing and palate-cleansing treat. The Charcoal Grilled Baby Corn is sweet, the Butter Matsutake Mushrooms are tender and fragrant, and the Sauce-braised Spring Thunder Bamboo Shoots are crisp and refreshing. The Aged Yellow Croaker is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The Sake-steamed Rushan Oysters are plump and tender, with a perfect blend of sake and oyster flavors. The Mint Pork Jowl is refreshing and not greasy. The Zhi Chao BBQ Hero Cup has a super cool presentation and is filled with a variety of ingredients.
