This year, we booked round-trip air tickets from Shanghai to Boao for about 2000 yuan per person in advance for the Spring Festival. We didn't want to spend the winter, tired of the heaviness, so we flew to the tropical islands for swimming. A colleague said that she went to Boao several times and it was either raining or cloudy. A week before departure, it was also showing rain every day, and the highest temperature did not exceed 20 degrees. I thought I might have to wear a down jacket to step on the beach this time. Unexpectedly, it was sunny every day when we were there, with temperatures ranging from 20-28 degrees, which was very pleasant and we could go swimming. Boao does not have international five-star hotels, and it is less popular compared to Haikou, Wanning, and Sanya. This time we chose to stay at Boao Island Forest Sea View Hotel, a local brand in Hainan, with 6 or 7 stores on the island. This one has a very advantageous geographical location, with the back door facing the Jade Belt Beach and the front door facing a whole street of snacks, which is very convenient for travel. We chose the Sunrise Sea View Family Room, located on the top floor. The room is very spacious, with one large bed and one small bed, which is very suitable for our family of four. You can lie in bed and watch the sea and sunrise. During the Spring Festival, it was about 800 yuan per night including three breakfasts. The variety of breakfast is not much, but the taste is not bad, it's okay to eat casually. The hotel has many activities, every morning there are red envelope grabbing, coconut explanation, drinking coconut water and eating coconut meat, ring toss. The temperature was suitable for the few days we were there, and the swimming pool could also be used. We could also enjoy free hot spring fish therapy every day. Free afternoon tea is provided from 14:30 to 16:30 every day. We didn't repeat the same thing every day we were there. The hotel also provides unlimited bananas, oranges, popcorn and coconut sugar. Every day at 16:30, there is a handmade activity, and children can also go to experience it. Before we left, the children said that we didn't want to go back, and we would come again next year. If we stay again, I look forward to the Sunrise Sea View Garden Room even more. There is a balcony with blooming bougainvillea, what a wonderful thing!
