Modern people’s self-healing after emotional breakdown: staying in a terrace room in the mountains and copying sutras to purify the soul!

Escaping the city’s rat race for a week, I stayed in my dream room at Jixin Mountain House in Zushan Scenic Area, Tiannu Town! The garden-view twin terrace room opens to a sea of green; waking up to mist swirling around the green mountains, sitting on the terrace in the evening feeling the mountain breeze, even my breathing feels lighter 🌿 The most healing experience was the Zen meditation at Jixin Temple! As the pen glided over the rice paper while copying sutras, all my anxiety was diluted by the scent of ink; during meditation, listening to the temple bell, my mind was free of distractions for the first time; following the master in worship, my heart slowly settled, as if all the pressure was left outside the hall 🪷 When hungry, I went to Ruyuan Restaurant to eat local dishes—mountain bamboo shoots and free-range chicken, all authentic local flavors, so fresh I even drank the soup to the last drop! Next to the hotel, they’ve also developed a ski slope. Next time after the snow is made, I’ll bring my 🏂🏻 gear! This trip wasn’t just tourism; it was clearly a spa for the soul. Going back to work, I feel so much more confident~
