The breathtaking Gulong Gorge Waterfall

Gulong Gorge is located in the Binjiang Gorge of Qingxin District, Qingyuan City, 68 kilometers away from downtown Guangzhou (Figure 1). As you climb the stairs from the entrance of the scenic area, you will encounter small waterfalls of different shapes (Figures 2 and 3). And when the main waterfall appears in front of you, you will exclaim: 'Wow! It's so spectacular!' (Figure 4) The main waterfall group is roughly divided into three sections: Upper section (Figure 5): I call it the Flying Waterfall. The drop is large, just like a long river falling from the sky, with a rumbling sound, its momentum is earth-shattering. Middle section (Figure 6): I call it the Multi-branch Waterfall. The drop is small, the water speed slows down, forming multiple branch waterfalls, like a curtain of water hanging on the cliff. Behind the mountain, there is a water curtain cave, where you can appreciate the crystal clear and elusive waterfall from inside to outside, from back to front (Figure 7). Lower section (Figure 8): I call it the Lotus Waterfall. The water rushes down, splashing water, and the blooming petals are the silver-white water chains. A giant viewing platform (Figure 9) with the world's largest length, width, and height, and a thrilling glass skywalk (Figure 10) have been built near the top of the mountain, allowing you to admire the majestic momentum and vast demeanor of the waterfall group from a close distance in the air. Friend, go to Gulong Gorge! I believe that after your visit, like me, you will deeply engrave the Gulong Gorge Waterfall, Huangguoshu Waterfall, and Detian Waterfall in your mind.
