Qingdao's high value-for-money star hotel, convenient, comfortable, delicious and affordable

Evergrande Himalayas Thumb Plaza Hotel, I stay here for a few days almost every year. The reason I choose this place is, first, the convenient transportation. It's right next to Haier Road, which connects directly to the Cross-Sea Bridge. About two kilometers south is Shilaoren Seaside Park, and it's not as humid as being right by the sea. The area is very lively, with the Thumb Plaza commercial circle nearby. There's also a food street just to the right when you exit, offering a wide variety of local snacks. Secondly, the hotel gives a really comfortable feeling. From the front desk to the guest rooms, everyone is professional, friendly, and responsive. Even random management staff will enthusiastically help carry your luggage to your room. This time I stayed in room 1225, which is very spacious with 120° floor-to-ceiling windows that instantly improve your mood. When checking out, the floor attendant even escorted me to the elevator with a particularly sweet smile. I also really like the breakfast buffet. The environment is elegant, the dishes are exquisite, and the Western pastries are especially well-made, which explains why there are many foreign guests here. There's also a dedicated children's play area next to the restaurant, a coffee bar and bakery in the lobby, and a large tea and book bar across the way. This time I stayed for three consecutive nights again.
