I hadn't traveled abroad, but a post I shared on social media sparked a huge reaction—all thanks to a song that led me to Qingdao. The song is "Qingdao" by Yu Dong. The soothing melody and poetic lyrics, "You are by my side, I am by your side, who can predict, in the next second, beauty will appear, I walked with you, through the city's hustle and bustle, I walked with you, by the seaside tranquility," evoke the scent of the sea, and the image of Qingdao came into focus. So, one day in February, I embarked on a journey to Qingdao. Qingdao, a pearl inlaid on the coast of the Yellow Sea, seamlessly blends coastal scenery with European charm. In February, the sea breeze carries a hint of coolness, and the sunlit sea surface shimmers. The beaches are soft and delicate, the city streets are clean and tidy, and red tiles and green trees intertwine on rooftops. The aroma of beer and seafood drifting through the streets tells the unique story of this city. Let me give you a detailed introduction to Qingdao's transportation and suggested itinerary. If you're flying from afar, you can arrive at Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport and take the airport bus or subway directly to the city center. High-speed rail is also a good option, offering quick and convenient access from Qingdao Station or Qingdao North Station. For your itinerary, on the first day, you can visit Zhanqiao Pier and Qingdao German-style Street to experience the city's exotic atmosphere. Then, head to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and St. Michael's Cathedral to appreciate its historical charm. In the evening, experience the local nightlife at Pichaiyuan.
