No kid can resist playing in the water and beachcombing, right? Qidong is relatively closer compared to Suzhou, Wuxi, and Changzhou 🚗About 2-3 hours drive Perfect for short getaways or weekend trips ✔️If you want to visit Bihai Yinsha (Silver Beach) You can directly book hotels within Evergrande Resort There are two options: Evergrande Venice Hotel and Castle Hotel (Venice is more upscale, right opposite Bihai Yinsha with great location and environment, while Castle Hotel is a few hundred meters away from the beach but more budget-friendly💰) ✔️Both hotels include various package deals with breakfast, making it very convenient for families (access to Bihai Yinsha, Five Nations Hot Springs, Petting Zoo, Gym, Infinity Pool) - you can easily spend 2 full days within the Evergrande resort! There are also many great homestays within Evergrande, but you'll need to purchase attraction tickets separately if staying at homestays. 1⃣️Bihai Yinsha is an artificial beach🏖, still worth visiting. While the water isn't as blue as Sanya's, it's still clean and blue🐶. The sand seems to be transported from Hainan too (other beaches in Qidong have yellowish seawater🌊) 2⃣️Five Nations Hot Springs♨️ is also great, located within Evergrande resort. Features hot springs with Japanese, Thai🇹🇭, Finnish, Turkish, and Italian themes, plus kids' play pools - very photogenic📷! 3⃣️For beachcombing, I found a blogger's recommendation about free beachcombing spots near Evergrande at Binhaidu Resort City area - not crowded at all. You can also try Shili Haibay or Golden Beach. Beachcombing is so much fun - I got more excited than the kids! ✔ ️For dining, there are many restaurants within Evergrande resort. If driving, you can easily go to Jiangfeng Road for more food options. 2 days and 1 night trip was perfectly relaxing The kids were already begging to go back as soon as we got home
