| The white cottage by Laoli Lake. Ulanqab | The day before, after training at the volcano, we decided to rest at the homestay the next day. It was indeed a great cure. Indoors The homestay has about a dozen independent rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide excellent lighting. Playing favorite music in the room and quietly watching the sunrise and sunset, I loved it. In the evening, staff came to the room to help light the fireplace. Outdoors In February, the lake was still frozen, and there was some snow on the grass (watch out for some sheep droppings). There are some beautiful buildings around the homestay where you can take photos. When we left the next day, we happened to see sheep grazing. It was so cute.
