A dress-up day with good food and beautiful gardens

#favouriteitinerary This place I visited was called the Chinese Vegetarian Temple located in Pyin Oo Lwin of Myanmar. This place has a restaurant and a temple with beautiful gardens that rent you East Asian Clothing to dress up and take pictures. I ate Shan glutinous rice (4th photo) Although Pyin Oo Lwin is generally a city in the Mandalay region, it shares a lot of its culture with Shan State which is just as close to them. Definitely try out strawberry drinks too as it’s this city signature fruit. The rental of the outfits were only $0.5 per outfit. Do pay a visit to this place if you can! I am excited to visit again and learn its history.
