Go under and you will find the ticket counter. You can purchase tickets even 10 minutes before the scheduled time. It starts as soon as there are people. It stops during prayer time, so it's a good idea to check beforehand if you want to use it. There are big boats and ethnic boats. I chose a big boat with a kula because it was 45 minutes long. You can go out on the deck and enjoy the breeze.
