Putian is so famous, why are there no tourists?

||I went to Putian during the National Day holiday, and there were no tourists anywhere. Only Xinghua Mansion Ancient Street and Guanghua Temple had a few people, but they were mostly locals. Some attractions, such as Sanqing Hall and Mulanpi, were almost empty. I think Putian is a great place to eat and shop, so why is it so quiet? Xinghua Ancient City has a history of more than 1,000 years. It has six well-preserved ancient streets, including Dalu Street, Xian Lane, Hou Street, Yanhou Road, Miaoqian Road, and Fang Lane, all of which have strong local characteristics. The Ancient Qiaolou is located in the southern part of the ancient street. It was built in the 56th year of the Kangxi period of the Qing dynasty (1717) and is one of the most well-preserved large drum towers in China. It is now a bookstore, which is a great place to take photos. Dazongbodi is located in the northern part of the ancient street. It was built in the 20th year of the Wanli period (1592) and is an ancient Ming dynasty building with an accurate record of its age. It was the residence of Chen Jingbang, the Minister of Rites in the Ming dynasty, and was built according to the specifications of a first-class official residence. However, the interior is not open to the public. Opposite the residence is the City God Temple. The existing building was built in the second year of the Hongzhi period of the Ming dynasty (1489) and is an important ancient Ming dynasty building in Xinghua Mansion Ancient City. Not far from the City God Temple is Yuanmiao Temple. It is the largest Taoist building complex in Fujian. Among them, Sanqing Hall is one of the three major wooden buildings of the Song dynasty in southern China and is known as the "Flower of Ancient Architecture in Jiangnan." Putian also has the East and West Pagodas. The Shakyamuni Pagoda is located at the entrance of Guanghua Temple in the west of the city. It was built in the first year of the Qiandao period of the Southern Song dynasty (1165) and is an octagonal, five-story, hollow, wooden-style stone building. The Dongshan Baoen Pagoda is located in Baoen Temple in the east of the city. It was built during the Shaosheng period of the Northern Song dynasty (1094) and has almost no tourists. There are free parking spaces on both sides of the road in the ancient city. Putian cuisine is also delicious. After all, the first Michelin Fujian cuisine is Putian cuisine.
