#animalcontact The 280 acres park is a home to the zoological and botanical sites run by the Sabah Forestry Department. Exotic and endangered animals including the Sumatran rhino, Proboscis monkeys, Malayan tigers, Orang Utans, Bornean Pygmy Elephants, Bornean Sun Bear, vibrant Hornbill birds, and others may be seen at this family-friendly park. Getting There - You can drive from Penampang City to Lok Kawi Wildlife Park. Took about 15-20 minutes of driving depending on the traffic flow. Attractions - Not only you can witness the exotic animals but visitors can contact with some of the animals such as snakes. Hotels - Visitors can stay nearby the park by staying at J Borneo Homestay which is located next to it. Food & Restaurants - Don’t worry about getting hungry and thirsty, there’s a stall that sells local, western food and cold beverages. Shopping - Need something to bring back home?
