Discover the Serene Beauty of Lake Toba in Indonesia

Lake Toba is the name of a beautiful lake on the island of Sumatra in Indonesia. There is an island in the lake called Samosir Island. It is an island with a large Christian population, where there are few food restrictions and you can enjoy your time freely. I had a great time experiencing the traditional houses and food of the Batak people who have lived on the island for a long time. It is a place rich in nature and was a bit cooler than other parts of Indonesia. There are also plenty of water activities, so it seems like a fun place to go with family and friends! Since there are few transportation options to the island, it's a good idea to check the bus schedule or taxi stands before you go. I went from Silangit Airport, but I ended up taking a taxi because I couldn't find the bus stop.
