Basil for tens of baht with a view worth millions at Kaprao Loyfa, Nan

#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck We were driving around Nan and passed Santisuk District around noon, looking for a single-dish restaurant with a great view. We found this place called "Kraprao Loyfa" (Floating Basil) right on the side of the road. Pin it! Coming from Nan, it's just before Highway 3. It's a simple, homey restaurant, but the view is stunning. You can see the mountains in the distance and enjoy the cool, refreshing air. Besides the kraprao, they also offer incredibly spicy som tam (papaya salad), including Thai som tam (papaya salad with fermented fish), ... and som tam (papaya salad with cucumber). Prices start at just 10 baht, so it's not expensive. The view is worth it. Location: Highway 1081, before Highway 3, Aon Subdistrict, Pua District, Nan 55120.
