Croatia's Backyard: Plitvice Lakes National Park

A world cultural heritage 🏞️ I recommend this great place to everyone. I feel relaxed as I walk. transportation: Bus 🚌 Departure from Zagreb: about 2.5 hours (I stayed in Şagreb for a day before heading to Plitvice Lakes) Departure from Split: about 4 hours Departure from Zadar: about 1 hour and 45 minutes If you drive yourself, don't worry. Length of stay: Some people would choose a day trip but I don’t like to be too hasty 😬 so I arranged a three-day and two-night trip, arriving at noon on the first day and leaving for Split on the morning of the third day. The national park is open from 7am to 7pm, but please pay attention to the operating hours of transportation (buses and boats) in the park. Ticket price: It depends on the time and season, so you can check out their ticket website 😗 I bought it in June, and the two-day ticket was 40 euros 💸 Route arrangement: The first day only has half a day, so if you spend 4 hours taking Route B. Although the route only includes the lower lake, you will see a large waterfall and a vast lake. The big advantage is that you don’t have to walk a lot. On the second day, I spent about 8 hours walking the K1 line. The special thing is that you can walk to enjoy the beautiful Upper Lake and observe it from every angle. Basically, you walked around the entire 16 Lakes. But later, I was too tired and was a little lazy. I took the bus from ST2 to ST1 on the way back. Ha ha.
