Upon arrival, rent a scooter or electric bike to reach Beauty Cave. • By Public Transport: Take the Taiwan Railways to Pingtung Station, transfer to a bus heading to Donggang, then take a ferry to Little Liuqiu. After arriving, rent a scooter or electric bike to reach Beauty Cave. ⸻ 📝 Personal Experience Beauty Cave is located in the northwest corner of Little Liuqiu, nestled between mountains and the sea. It is primarily composed of elevated coral reef rocks, featuring numerous naturally formed reef caves. Along the way, visitors can explore the "Thirteen Scenic Spots of Beauty Cave," including Hidden Path, Heaven Beyond Heaven, Bat Cave, Lover's Terrace, Immortal Cave, Immortal Spring, Serene Garden, Enchanting Maze, Skyline, Banyan Rock Valley, Tranquil Valley, Sea View Pavilion, and Beauty Cave itself. Each spot has its unique charm and is worth savoring. Legend has it that Beauty Cave was named after a Suzhou woman who, during the Ming Dynasty's Wanli era, drifted to this location following a storm while sailing with her father. She eventually lived and passed away here, and the locals named the cave in her memory. Visitors are advised to wear comfortable clothing and non-slip shoes, and bring a flashlight to explore the cave's interior. Some areas inside the cave are dimly lit, so watch your step.
