#Taiwan Local Tour The only drawback of visiting Kenting during the summer vacation is that it is hot. But other than that, it's really impeccable. It's a place where you can relax your body, mind and soul! We visited many attractions on this trip, including the filming location of Cape No. 7, the lighthouse, the Ocean Park, and the southernmost point of Taiwan (we were lucky enough to see the purple sky as the sun was about to set, with no filter at all!). We also strolled around Kenting Street in the evening, and you need to have strong legs to walk the whole way! This time I stayed at the Howard Plaza Hotel Kenting. This is my Nth time staying here. I used to come here with my family when I was a child, but this time it was a different experience with my classmates. The Howard Plaza Hotel has also made a lot of updates to its facilities, and the breakfast buffet is still of high quality. The hotel has a water park (an indoor water park concept, a summer resort), a shopping street, a billiards and table tennis arcade, etc. It is also connected to the Little Bay Beach outside, so you can spend a whole day playing in the hotel.
