Detailed Guide to Pingnan

I often see Pingnan, so at the end of this summer and the beginning of autumn, I took a mini trip. I set off from Putian at noon yesterday, drove for more than three hours, and arrived at Longtan Village at four thirty. The ancient village was quite lonely, and the photos taken without filters were quite ordinary. ✔Pingnan Address: Pingnan County, Ningde City, Fujian Province ✔Visit ancient villages: Longtan Village, Siping Village (altitude 800 meters) ✔Visit time: Be sure to arrive earlier, the sun sets at four or five o'clock, the old house has no light, can't feel the beauty, the sun directly falls from the distant mountain, can't see the sunset. ✔Visit duration: It takes one hour to stroll around Longtan Village, with a stream in the middle and ancient houses on both sides. Many shops are not open, walk up one side and down the other. ✔Transportation: Self-driving or taxi, park in P1 parking lot, free for 1 hour, 5 yuan for 3 hours. ✔Business: There are seven or eight small shops outside the parking lot, and many homestays along the stream. ✔Weather: Around September 15, there was heavy rain in Pingnan, many landslides on the mountain roads, but it did not affect traffic. Both Longtan Village and Siping Village could enter, and the road into Siping Village was fine. When leaving, the navigation let us leave the village from the other end, where the mountain road was interrupted by a landslide, and even motorcycles could not pass. It's okay to return the same way, it doesn't affect much. ✔Temperature: It's no wonder it's a summer resort, it's very cool in the mountains, yesterday it was about 23°, it's recommended to wear long pants and socks, there are small black dot mosquitoes in the mountains that will bite. ✔Tour route: Longtan Village → Siping Village → Xiadi Village (Pioneer Bookstore) Longtan and Siping Village are very close, more than four kilometers, ten minutes, one hour from Siping Village to Xiadi Village ✔Local features: Saw a lot of chestnut trees, the ones on the tree with green shells, the ones dried on the ground are brown ✔Architecture: Horse head wall, yellow mud wall, wooden loft, wooden structure corridor bridge (Longtan Village Bridge) I didn't really want to stay in Longtan, and the road conditions were not good, so I left the mountain before it got dark. Originally wanted to go to other ancient villages in Pingnan, seeing that the architectural style is similar, all gave up, Xiadi Village is too far, also not going. For travel photography, Xiadi Village can be the first choice, this season is more out of the picture, the bookstore in the rice field, more atmosphere. I saw a blogger taking parent-child photos in Longtan, and I knew when I came here, actually this place is not suitable for bringing little kids, there are many water systems, a stream in the middle, a few steps a small pool, many sections of the road are very narrow.
