The chef is dedicated to serving authentic Southern Thai flavors using high-quality, meticulously selected ingredients. I had the chance to try dishes like Soft-Shell Crab with Chaiya Salted Egg Sauce, Stir-Fried Pak Miang with Dried Shrimp, Braised Pork Belly (Khao Yook), and Phang Nga Luk Chok Curry.
