📍MOONSTo̲̲NE cafe over the Sea, Phuket Province 🧁 This was our first time at this pier and we were very impressed with its location. There's ample parking right next to the pier, and just a few steps down the stairs to this hidden waterfront cafe. Moonstone serves excellent coffee made from Chiang Mai beans. We ordered their special iced cappuccino with cheese foam, and it was absolutely delicious. Their breakfast is creative and unique. We ordered one served on sourdough bread, sauteed spinach, a piece of white fish, two poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce with red chili. It's a rich take on traditional Thai flavors. 😋👍🏻 We loved how they experimented with this dish. It was delicious, but we suggested the team reduce the amount of hollandaise sauce a bit. The runny yolks turned into little lakes of sauce with the eggs on the plate. Even with a slight adjustment, the taste was still amazing. We also tried the square croissant with ice cream. Both the croissants and ice cream are delicious. ⏰ Opening Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Open daily) 🚗 Parking is available, but you'll have to walk down to the shop.
