Worth the Expense!

#slowlifephuket We stayed at The Boathouse Hotel in Phuket for a few nights, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely beautiful!! perfect for beach lovers, I loved the nautical aesthetic of the hotel, it had so much charm and definitely made the hotel stand out to me! What truly set our stay apart, was the culinary experience. Head Chef Jonathan was outstanding. He was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. His insight into flavour pairings and Thai cuisine was exceptional. It was like experiencing all the best of Thai food, but elevated. Jonathan as well as Jimmy and X made us feel genuinely cared for, and every meal was a highlight of our trip. Many thanks to all the kitchen and waiting staff at the boathouse! #travel #poolhotel
