Riding a motorbike around the island was my favorite part – the roads were almost empty, with ocean views on one side and endless coconut trees on the other 🌴. 🌊 I stopped by Trieu Duong Bay and just sat there for hours, listening to the waves and watching the fishermen bring in their nets. The water was so clear I could see the fish swimming near the shore. At Ganh Hang, the black volcanic rocks against the turquoise sea looked unreal, like a hidden painting. 🐟 The highlight of my evenings was fresh seafood dinners at small local eateries. I tried grilled scallops with spring onions and peanuts – simple but incredibly tasty. Everything was so affordable compared to the mainland, and the people were warm and welcoming. ✨ What I loved most was the quietness. Unlike other islands in Vietnam, Phu Quy still feels untouched. No big resorts, no noisy crowds – just nature, sea breeze, and the genuine kindness of the locals.
