A Dreamlike Trip to Phu Quoc Island: Every Shot is Beautiful

Planning a trip to Phu Quoc Island on January 1, 2025, is like stepping into a painting. The scenery is breathtaking, and the hotels are stunning. I highly recommend everyone to visit. Phu Quoc Island is relatively small and can be divided into the north, central, and south regions. The northern part is closer to Vinpearl Land and Phu Quoc United Center (make sure to take the guided tour car at Phu Quoc United Center; the guide we met was amazing at taking photos, capturing beautiful shots at every stop). The central area is more vibrant at night (Vietnamese girls are beautiful and affordable 🫣), with most of the excitement happening there. However, the hotels in the north and south are mostly resort-style, so the scenery varies. The south has a stunning sunset town, Kiss Bridge, and a must-see water and fireworks show that lasts for five minutes, providing a visual feast. The food is cheap, and the accommodations are not expensive. If you skip the nightlife, you can enjoy a luxurious trip for around 30,000. We stayed in the central area on the first day, then moved to the northern Movenpick Resort for the second and third days (the most recommended hotel of the trip). On the fourth and fifth days, we stayed at the southern Emerald Bay Resort (also recommended, just a five-minute walk to the beach). The food was perfect for our taste, with spicy chilies and a variety of flavors in a single bowl of beef pho. I highly recommend this trip.

Grand World Phu Quoc

A little slice of Venice in Vietnam lights up the night at Grand World Phu Quoc! 🌃✨ Wander riverside avenues lined with sleek, modern buildings and soak in the vivid reflections dancing on calm waters—even on rainy, cloudy nights, the charm is unmistakable. The best route begins at Bãi Dài, Gành Dầu (open all day, year-round, so no rush!). Stroll the riverside, where outdoor cultural landscapes and close-up views of innovative architecture call for your camera—even the rain amplifies the glow, making nighttime shots extra magical. Snap the must-have "insta-worthy" angle: the illuminated rivers against the contemporary facades, especially after dusk when everything shimmers. Don’t miss out on local evening activities along the river—street performances might spring up, and café terraces offer the perfect spot for soaking in the ambience. Rainy weather tip: Pack a light raincoat! I found the showers added a romantic layer to the experience without dampening the fun. If you love that Venetian vibe, you’ll adore the blend of Asian culture and modern waterfront living here. Precautions: The walkways could get slippery during rain, so sturdy shoes are a good call. Admission fee is 81.0, so keep some cash handy. Bring your adventurous spirit and let Phu Quoc surprise you with its vibrant, river-lit nights that blend Venetian inspiration with local flair! #hellohalloween #PhuQuoc #GrandWorldPhuQuoc #Nightscape #ModernArchitecture #TravelVietnam

Grand World Phu Quoc

Phu Quoc is more than just white sand beaches , it’s an island full of vibrant spots waiting to be explored. ✨ Grand World – known as “The Sleepless City”. You can stroll along colorful Venice-style canals, watch the evening light show, and enjoy lively restaurants and local performances. 🌅 Sunset Town – the perfect place to end your day. Walk through charming Mediterranean-style streets, enjoy a drink with a sea view, and don’t miss the Kiss Bridge at sunset — one of the island’s most iconic photo spots. 🚤 Phu Quoc Marina – for a more relaxed vibe, head here to enjoy seaside cafes, modern shops, and peaceful walks by the water. Don’t miss the Hon Thom cable car — the longest over-sea cable car in the world, it’s a view you’ll never forget. Whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure, Phu Quoc has that magic mix of both 🤗 #tripmoment #phuquoc #islandvibes

Phu Quoc is one of those places that catches you off guard with how much it offers. Tucked in the Gulf of Thailand, this Vietnamese island blends stunning beaches, local charm, and a growing luxury scene, making it a destination that works whether you’re chasing adventure or pure relaxation. The beaches are easily the highlight. Long Beach, with its palm-lined stretch of golden sand, is where most people stay and watch the famous sunsets. But venture a little further and you’ll find gems like Bai Sao, where the water glows in shades of turquoise and the sand feels almost powdery. Watching the sun dip into the horizon here is one of those simple pleasures that never gets old.
