Wat Phutthaisawan, Ayutthaya Province 🙏An important ancient temple in the Ayutthaya period, built for more than 600 years, is a place for sword and magic training by the disciples of Master Chipakhao. 🕍The most outstanding thing in Wat Phutthaisawan is the "Phra Mahathat" or the white main prang, which has the architectural style of a Khmer castle, facing east. It is located on a pagoda base that supports the two pavilions on the north and south sides. There are two staircases, one on the east and one on the west. 🙏Around the prang, there is a solid outer gallery. Inside, there are pillars supporting the roof and eaves at intervals. There are golden Buddha images in Sukhothai art arranged beautifully. 🕍Phra Phutthaisawan Wihan (Reclining Buddha Wihan) is located on the south side of the Buddhavas area.
