waterfall in the middle of the road

Very cool little place to visit and spend an hour or two either by yourself or friends and family. It's cool from the moving water around you and plenty of birds to look at. Seem to be cliff swallow, they even have a bunch of little nests under the bridge. I spend about 2 hours here taking pictures and enjoying my company. Also lots of people running and biking the canal. The water was pretty brown and muddy from the recent rain we've been having. It would be perfect to bring a drink and hang out or walk around.
