This restaurant is arguably the cheapest of the bunch. Perhaps because it's a charity restaurant, founded to provide employment opportunities for young people, you can enjoy high-quality meals at a very reasonable price. I ordered Fish Amok and a Cambodian coffee for only five or six dollars. It was nearly full when I went there at noon! #Romdeng Restaurant
