Phi Phi Viewpoint Hike – The Most Iconic View in Thailand 🌴⛰️

If you are visiting Koh Phi Phi, hiking up to the Phi Phi Viewpoint (Viewpoint 2) is an absolute must. It is the postcard-perfect view of the twin bays you have seen everywhere — and yes, it is even better in person. 🥾 How to Get There Start from Ton Sai Village and follow the signs to “Viewpoint 1.” The trail is paved but steep, with stairs. From Viewpoint 1 it takes about 10–15 more minutes to reach Viewpoint 2, the most popular photo spot. 📸 Best Time to Go – Early morning (6:30–8:30 AM) for cooler temperatures and soft light – Sunset (5:30–6:30 PM) for magical golden hour views — but it gets more crowded 💡 Tips – Bring water (it is a short hike but sweaty!) – Entry fee: ~30 THB (€0.80) – Wear proper footwear, especially if you go during/after rain – There is a small café at the top for drinks and mango sticky rice 🍹🥭 🌊 Bonus: From the top, you will see Ao Ton Sai and Ao Loh Dalum — the iconic Phi Phi “double bay.”

Phi Phi the Beach Resort

Exploring the magic of Phi Phi Islands was absolute paradise — think turquoise lagoons, dramatic cliffs, and laid-back resort vibes right by the sea 🌊😎 Must-See Places: - Phi Phi the Beach Resort (177, Moo 7): This spot nails the tranquil vibe, with lush greenery and direct access to the private beach. Waking up to a mountain view from your own terrace? Total island goals. The breakfast spread is loaded with fresh fruits, local flavors, and the staff keeps drinks and towels coming. Pro tip: Take advantage of the free shuttle boat to/from Tonsai Pier — makes arrival and check-out stress-free! Resort is eco-conscious with clean, modern rooms 🏡💚 - Pileh Lagoon (Andaman Sea, Chang Wat Krabi 81000): This is the ultimate “wow” spot! Open all day, it’s best to visit earlier to dodge the crowds. Go for a swim or rent a kayak. Crystal-clear water and dramatic limestone formations make for epic photos — but keep your valuables waterproofed (quick tip: dry bags are essential). If possible, join a boat tour that includes snorkeling for the most immersive experience. Getting Around & Food Tips: Getting around: The shuttle boat from the resort to Tonsai Pier is free at check-in/out. For island hopping, local long-tail boats are affordable but negotiate fare before departure. Food: Enjoy breakfast at the resort — it’s top-notch and full of variety. For lunch/dinner, check out Tonsai Village’s casual Thai eateries for fresh seafood with a local vibe. Extra Tip: Bring reef-friendly sunscreen, light cash (ATMs can be spotty), and be ready for some stairs at the resort. #PhiPhiParadise #ThailandBeaches #SnorkelingSpots #EcoTravel #IslandAdventure
