Wat Kongkaram Worawihan was built in 2370. The inscription on the front of the prayer hall states that King Nangklao (Rama III) restored and renovated it between 2367–2394. He donated 10,000 Chang of royal treasury money and 100 Chang of gold to renovate the temple, Wat Kongkaram Worawihan. .. Inside the temple, there are also beautiful religious sites such as the Ubosot, the Ho Trai Klang Nam, and stucco works by the craftsmen of Phetchaburi. ..
