The Royal tombs at Petra

Before visiting one of the 7 wonders of the world T Petra, many travellers may believe that the main and perhaps only site is the famous treasury. However, those, who decide to walk further into the site are welcomed by a huge archaeological site with an amazing amount of features. One of these can be found just a short detour uphill from the main trail, where 4 ornate and spectacular royal tombs can be found overlooking the dramatic surroundings.
