The best time to visit is on a Sunday morning , this is the only day where all the producers and seller set up outside The Central market .Usually, during the week, the market is open but only inside under cover The atmosphere outside in the streets very early in a Sunday morning is very different . The Polynesian get up very early . You can find everything from fresh produce to fruit , locally product , T shirt and souvenirs. You can also get a cup of locally squeezed sugar cane I wouldn’t go as far as to say it the most beautiful market of all time especially if you have the opportunity yo see some of the others in Asia or Africa . however I still find it charming with smile all over the face of almost every one .
