Great food, great ambiance, great service. Foods are very delicious particularly the beef shank and my super favorite Tuna tartare- a must-try dish here. The waiters are very hospitable and very attentive to all diners's needs, very welcoming and cheerful. The place is so Lit with and I am beyond impressed!!!!! Will definitely recommend to my friends and will definitely come back for the Tuna tartare. Dishes are savory with perfect presentation. Some dish are a hit or miss like the chicken Cordon Bleu which only have a small portion rather than their other dishes. The Crispy Pork with Kare-kare sauce is a must try. Check out their cocktails too. Some of the menu were incorporated with molecular gastronomy. Chef's kiss! Place is nice and surely looks like Mist (same owner). My only concern is the place where it is located. It can be crowded as it is located in a busy street/highway. Reservations can be made too. A fusion bar and resto in Panglao, situated near alona beach and other resorts. With carefully curated desert boho interiors, and matching well-plated tasty meals. Loved the Tuna tartare, grilled chops in basil sauce, and kani salad.
