Bolaven Plateau Trekking

The Bolaven Plateau is called by Lao people as Bon Lawen, which is the name of a tribe in the past. The Westerners called this area Bolaven. This area is located in Dong Hua Sao National Park, Pak Song, Champasak Province, Lao PDR. This area was originally an extinct volcano with an altitude of 1000-1300 meters above sea level, making the weather here cool all year round. It is said that there is no summer here. The average temperature all year round does not exceed 25 degrees Celsius. Rainwater and minerals in the volcanic soil here are also abundant.
