Beautiful city with great food

Parma is the perfect weekend getaway. It’s not too far away from Milan on the train. A city that’s beautiful to explore but more importantly, you can’t leave without trying the world-renowned cheese and ham! Bonus points if you manage to score some Culatello di Zibello, a specially cured meat with the a Protected Designated of Origin. It is only processed during the colder months and is aged for at least 10 months to an average of 14 months. The result? A mild, sweet and delicate flavor that you just can’t get enough of! I can’t wait to be back just so that I can get a tray of this.
