#motortravel I recently took a fantastic bike trip from Oyonnax, France, and it was the perfect mix of nature, adventure, and charm! 🚴♂️ Located in the Ain department, Oyonnax is surrounded by the beautiful Jura mountains, which makes for a stunning backdrop as you pedal through the scenic landscapes. There’s no entrance fee for nature, and the trails are free to enjoy – just rent a bike (around €20 for the day) and hit the road! I followed a well-marked cycling route that took me through forests, small villages, and peaceful countryside. One of the highlights was stopping by Lac Genin, a serene lake where you can relax and even swim if the weather allows. The air felt so fresh, and the views were incredible. 🌲 The trip also led me through charming towns like Arbent, where you can grab a bite and recharge before heading back. Oyonnax is not only a perfect base for biking but also for exploring nearby attractions like the Jura Natural Park.
