About 4-5 hours south of Cebu City, There is a town called Oslob. Whale sharks are morning people, so they gather on the shore early to fill their stomachs. This whale shark watching tour is famous. When you arrive at Oslob, you get a number and a simple recreation, then sit on a plastic chair in the shade, and when it's your turn, you take a small banca and go a little further away from the shore. Huge whale sharks are swimming around to eat shrimp paste that the tour staff sprinkles on the sea surface. The boat seems to have stayed there for about 30 minutes. If you give a small tip and leave your GoPro with them, the staff will take pictures enthusiastically.
