Osan Hongdukae

#HawaiiAirlineEvent Osan Hongdukkae Kalguksu, a bowl full of flavor Hongdukkae Kalguksu, located inside Osan Osaek Market, was a truly hidden restaurant. The rich anchovy broth scent spread from the entrance, so I couldn't just pass it by, and even though it was a little past lunchtime, the place was still almost full. The noodles were made in the Hongdukkae style, so they were chewy and firm, and the broth was rich but clean. The anchovy broth base had a slightly spicy flavor, so I drank all the broth. The kimchi that came with it was well-cooked, and it was a fantastic combination with the kalguksu! The price was reasonable at 7,000 won, so I felt like I got a good deal. The rustic yet cozy interior added to the atmosphere of an old restaurant, and the owner was very kind, so I was able to leave feeling even better after eating.
